nanoloop for iPhone WAV-export
A beta version of the wav export program is now available for Mac OS X. Alternatively, there is also a conversion service via e-mail.
You need a Mac with OS X and a desktop e-mail client (web-mail will most likely not work). Nanoloop2wav has been tested successfully with Mail (the mail app that comes with OS X) and Thunderbird. Other clients may or may not work, depending on wehter they can handle very long URLs.
nanoloop2wav_309.zip
Please always download and install the latest version of this file when you update nanoloop itself.
Unzip the nanoloop2wav program and put it in your computer's applications folder. Then start it once by double-clicking and quit it again (via menu "nanoloop2wav -> Quit NewApplication")
- Send the project you wish to record to your deskop e-mail with nanoloop's "send" function.
- In your desktop e-mail program, click on the nanoloop:mysong.nan link in the e-mail.
- After a confirmation, nanoloop2wav starts with an empty window.
- After a few seconds (depending on the song length), the program is closed.
- There should now be a new folder documents/nanoloop containing a wav-file with the project's name. The finder should open the folder automatically when the program closes, if it doesn't, please open documents/nanoloop manually.
The current version of nanoloop2wav can only be used by clicking on a nanoloop-URL, it has no functionality when started manually.
Existing wav files of the same name are overwritten without asking. It is therefore recommended not to select "always open with this program" in the confirmation screen, so that you can't start it by accident.
Nanoloop2wav generates a WAV file according to the song structure of the selected nanoloop project. An empty song will result in an empty recording.
Feedback is much appreciated, please share your experience in the forum. Thank you.
